Weekly open meet-up to see the space, and to share ideas, chat and make things. Please feel free to join us. |
Interested in exploring the space? York Hackspace open up our building every Wednesday, from 8pm—11pm, during which time several members will be around to show new people around the space. First timers are always welcome to come along for free, and to use most of our equipment. Once you've got settled in, if you're going to be coming along regularly, please consider becoming a member.
Members can receive keys and have 24 hour access.

See the Hackspace page for our address and how to get here.
Time
Every Wednesday from 8pm, usually until at least 11pm. If you want to get involved but these times are not convenient for you and you can't make the open evening, drop a note to the mailing list - members will often be happy to volunteer to show people around at other times. Please check twitter before you visit, if we have to cancel an open night we will announce so there.
Requirements
We have only one requirement if you wish to come along which is that we require any under 18s to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If a parent or guardian is not able to make it we are also happy for under 18s to be accompanied by any responsible adult, so long as the under 18s parent has given permission.
